1. A continuous flow of primary water is supplied to conductivity monitor through loops #1 and #2.
2. All diaphragm-operated valves in system are operable and samples from the inner bottom tanks, waste storage tanks,
and lab waste tank can be obtained.
3. Letdown system is operating to cool sample water.
4. Containment drain tank is capable of receiving discharge from sampling system relief valve.
5. Ship's fresh water system is operable for flushing the sampling station sink.
6. Equipment drain and waste collection system capable of receiving drainage.
7. Pressure indication upstream and downstream of demineralizers does not exceed 100 psig.
8. Gaseous waste system is in operation for venting of sampling station hood.
9. Loop #1 is shut down whenever the pressurizer is vented through WL-1V. See also Standard WL-39.
Minimum Conditions for Reactor Operation
1. The first loop is operable to the extent that periodic samples of primary water can be taken for analysis.
2. The second loop need not be operable.
NOTE: Equivalent samples are obtainable at the sampling point on the SL return line upstream of the SL coolers.
