Driving Directions

From New York and points North:

I-95 New Jersey Turnpike going South to Exit 11, then Garden State Parkway South to Exit 30 Somers Point/Ocean City. Ramp becomes W.Laurel Drive, after crossing US 9 becomes NJ 52 MacArthur Blvd. Follow NJ 52 straight through to the Stainton Causeway which crosses the bay into Ocean City, putting you on 9 Street. Continue straight to Ocean Ave., turn right on Ocean Ave., Impala Island Inn will be on your left.

From Philadelphia and points West:

Walt Whitman Bridge to Atlantic City Expressway East to Exit 7 Garden State Parkway South then follow directions above.

From Delaware and points South:

I-95 to and over Delaware Memorial Bridge, then New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 3, follow signs to Atlantic City Expressway, proceed as above. 

 

Public Transportation

From New York City:

From Port Authority Bus Terminal, NJ Transit Bus #319 to Atlantic City Terminal, then walk out front terminal door to the "Downbeach" bus stop for #507 bus Southbound to Ocean City Transportation Center. Buy roundtrip #319 ticket (NYC-AC) from NJT vending machine at Port Authority then buy roundtrip #507 ticket (AC-OC) from NJT machine in Atlantic City Terminal.

EXPRESS schedule: #319 bus departing NYC at 12:30pm, connecting with another #319 bus (bound for Wildwood) departing Atlantic City at 3:20pm. arriving Ocean City at 4pm. Best to purchase roundtrip #319 bus ticket in NYC. In each direction, upon giving the first express bus driver your ticket, he will then issue you a Continuation Ticket (CT) which you give to the driver of the second express bus in Atlantic City.

From Philadelphia:

From Greyhound Terminal (behind Jefferson SEPTA Rail station), NJ Transit #551 bus to Atlantic City Terminal, then #507 or #319 bus as above.
