Official hotel website including driving directions.

As our accomodations at this hotel are provided to us as a courtesy to the Ocean City NJ Dept. of Community Affairs, the block of rooms we occupy are free to us. However, it is important that we abide by the rules of the hotel same as paying guests.

Our covered stay is for Friday and Saturday night. If you wish to extend a stayover in an individual room to Monday, you have to inform the front office and pay for an additional night yourself at the prevailing rate. Kindly also tell me (Rapid T. Rabbit) too since I have to keep track of all the rooms in our block.

The hotel has a strict No Smoking policy. Please confine ALL smoking activity to the Designated Smoking areas of the hotel, of which there are two, depending on which wing we are assigned to. They are noted on the map below. No Smoking is allowed in any rooms, outside any rooms, or on the outside sidewalks adjoining the hotel property. So that also means there should be no discarded butts anywhere around the hotel area except in the proper receptacles in the two smoking areas.

The city is officially a "dry town", so no alcoholic beverages are sold anywhere. You may bring a reasonable amount of such beverages into the hotel rooms for your own personal consumption, but please keep them inside. No drinking is allowed outside the rooms and no open bottles either. You must dispose of all bottles and cans properly, and recycling is in effect.

While each room is limited to only one parking space in the hotel lot, there is plenty of free parking outside the hotel, in the adjoining streets and Municipal Lot...all meters are Off during the pre-season. Be sure to honor all other posted signs and driveways along city streets.

Admission to the beach is free during the pre-season so no Beach Tags are issued or required. Be aware no lifeguards are on duty at this time of year, so no swimming in the ocean.

I ask everybody to please keep in mind that we are grateful both to the management of the Impala Island Inn and the organizers of the DooDah Parade for providing us these accomodations free to our group, and therefore we all have to do our best to be polite and proper guests so that we can continue to enjoy these rooming privaleges we have been receiving for these many years.
